At Magma Fire Pits, all of our fire pits, fire bowls, braziers and log racks are handcrafted to the highest standard using heavy-gauge steel, built to last a lifetime with proper care. We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.
Returns: We accept returns only in the event that a product is received with a manufacturing defect. As our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for items that are not defective.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description of the issue and supporting photographs. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Each Magma product is made to order, and as such, we are unable to accept items back for exchange purposes.
Condition of Returned Items Where a return is authorised, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
